Design

We never make two identical cakes, so yours will be unique. Caricatures of the bride and groom can sit on top of the cake (I need photos!) or perhaps a more traditional replica of your bouquet, with delicate sugar flowers. Many brides incorporate beads into their bridal flowers, so why not have shimmering crystals and beads cascading down your cake. Feathers and candles can be used for a particularly dramatic effect. The choice is yours.

Cake Shapes

Traditional round and square cakes are always popular, but why stop there?
The possibilities are endless. American style stacked cakes can be wild and imaginative or simple and elegant. Bright vibrant colours or delicate ivory and white. Whether your cake has one tier or six tiers, it will be the envy of everyone.

Cake Flavours

Not only do our cakes look good, they taste good too. Traditional moist rich (alcoholic!) fruit cake is divine, but how about a lemon sponge, gooey chocolate or carrot and ginger ‘cutting cake’ to tempt the taste buds of your guests.
